Under floor sound and thermal insulating screeds:
Under floor screed BETISOL* is highly flowable self-leveling material. It is offered in the density range 500-600 kg/m3 and minimum thickness of 5 cm. A couple of times lower weight compared to the traditional sand-cement screed decreases considerably the dead load on the load bearing construction. BETISOL* specified in the project would allow substantial materials and resources savings. The choice of the density and related parameters depend on the expected loads and kind of post treatment/flooring. Under floor screed BETOTERM* is distributed over the surface as traditional cement-sand screed. BETOTERM* is offered with density of 250-350 kg/m3 and minimum thickness of 5 cm. A couple of times lower weight compared to the traditional sand-cement screed decrease considerably the dead load on the load bearing construction. BETOTERM* specified in the project would allow substantial materials and resources savings. The choice of the density and related parameters depend on the expected loads and kind of post treatment/flooring.
Under floor screed BETOTERM* is preferred instead of BETISOL* when there are increased demands for thermal, sound insulation and less load on the construction.
Trench filling:
BETISOL* for this application is offered with density of 400 kg/m3 and flow depending on the slope of the trench.
BETISOL* is used instead of soil for closing the underground communications. Soil needs compaction that even if made, what is rear in Bulgaria, tends to settle consequently compromising tiles or tarmac. Sealing with BETISOL* provides strong, light material that after hardening exercise no pressure on surrounding soil. 24 hours after pouring BETISOL* is possible to proceed with further layers construction if necessary as tiles or tarmac. Closed cells structure of BETISOL* provides slight fluctuations in humidity level after hardening and reaching its equilibrium. This makes the material easily process able no matter what is the temperature and the humidity of the environment. BETISOL* sealed communications are easily accessible for repair. Broken material is replaced after and a small amount of fresh BETISOL* is poured to consolidate the broken during reparation material.

Thermal and sound insulating filler for wood beam construction and renovation of old buildings:
BETISOL* high fluid and self-leveling with density 400-500 kg/m3. The choice of flowability and density depends on the required thickness and permitted load.

BETOTERM* with density 200-300 kg/m3. The choice of density depends on the required thickness and permitted load.
BETOTERM* is preferred instead of BETISOL* when there are increased demands for thermal, sound insulation and less load on the construction.
Monolithic sloped thermal insulation for flat roofs:
BETISOL* with density 300-600kg/m3. The selection of density and fluidity depends on the use of the roof (no traffic-heavy traffic), roof surface, % slope and required level of thermal insulation. The most frequent slope is 1-2%. BETISOL* could be applied for the max of 3% slope.
10 hours after placing (t>20 deg C) BETISOL* develops water insulation properties, protecting the roof from the rain.

BETOTERM* with density of 200-300 kg/m3 and thickness from 5 to 30 cm. The selection of density depends on the use of the roof (no traffic-heavy traffic), and required level of thermal insulation. Monolithic fast BETOTERM* application instead of time consuming and labor intensive known way of thermal insulating panels placing with consequent slope formation by cement-sand reinforced screed. Thermal insulation and slope formation in one step is somewhat 4 times faster than known method. The BETOTERM* technology greatly reduce the builder dependence on weather and efficiently deliver value added solution. 10 hours after placing (t>20 deg C) BETOTERM* develops water insulation properties, protecting the roof from the rain.
BETOTERM* is preferred when higher level of thermal insulation is desired or/and when slope is higher than 3%. BETOTERM* is suitable for slopes up to 30%.
Below grade thermal insulation:
The foundations and below ground insulation i.e.cellars could be done from outside with BETISOL* density of 400 kg/m3. by filling the pit up to the ground level. The foundations and below ground insulation i.e.cellars could be done from outside with BETOTERM* density of 250-300 kg/m3. by filling the pit up to the ground level.
BETOTERM* is preferred when better thermal insulation is required.
Thermal insulation of agricultural and industrial buildings floors:
Self-leveling BETISOL* with density of 400-500 kg/m3 is suitable for this purpose whenever it is a new construction or renovation project. Should be covered by 4-5 cm. of troweled concrete.
